Yes, we do require a reservation otherwise we will not be expecting you. A reservation does guarantee you a seat.
If you are reserving through our online system it will require at least 24 hours prior to the trip. Otherwise you can also call in the same day on our toll free number (1-800-461-4219). However, we cannot always guarantee a seat at that point so the sooner the better.
No, you do not need to be flying. Our hub is Pearson airport which you can use to connect to other transportation services such as the UP Express going downtown or other services to points such as Niagara, London, Hamilton and Oshawa.
In North Bay you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked at our office at no charge.
Our main hub is Pearson airport so we do not travel downtown. However, from Union station you can take the UP Express train to Pearson. It's a 15-20 minute ride and you will be dropped off at terminal 1 which you can then proceed to the Ground floor to catch our service. You can also get on an airport bus from most of the major hotels downtown Toronto.
In the past several years we haven't cancelled any trips. Only during severe weather conditions have we experienced delays being approximately 45 minutes.
Depending on which terminal you are coming into you will find a staffed counter you will need to check in at.
In terminal 1 our counter is located on the Ground floor and is labelled Out of Town Service.
In terminal 3 our counter is located on the Arrival level between doorways "C" and "D".
